The SIM card should activate when used in any device. 

Are you looking to set up a EE account? 

Is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?

The SIM card is active, you don't need to activate a new pay monthly SIM contract, you can start using this for calls, texts and data @Rohella 

You can register for a EE account here, to view bills, allowances and other details to keep track. Please follow the registration details and this will be you all set up 🙂
