Really, how do I know that my internet? 4G Or5G Is

Hi @Rohella 

Your phone should show when this is connected to 5G or 4G, you can check if 5G is available in your area on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker and you would need a 5G plan and phone to access 5G.

Hi, so I’ve tried to insert my new braught sim and it’s not activated and to contact help due to it stating no service can you assist me with this?

Does at the top of your screen show you are connected to the EE network?

So when I had inserted the sim it did not say ee at the top of my screen it had zero bars aswell.
