I moved my old sim across to the new phone as we didn’t get new sims. But there’s still no network and when I tried to restart and put the sim back in the old phone and reset the new one, the sim doesn’t register in anything now

@Nat9782   You’ll have to call customer services about this as your sim should still work.  Just to check are you 100% certain you didn’t receive a Sim in the package with the new phone is obviously not within the box that the phone came in they are loose.

It may be that there's a network issue in your locality causing a loss of coverage.

 

Do you know any friends or relatives nearby who use EE - do they have any problems?

 

You can also check for known faults using "check status" on the online coverage tool
