Hi, thanks for replying, no my o2 stoped working 4 days after I received the SIM card and I provided the pac code before we got the SIM card ,4 days before I received the sim.

But basically my number has been transferred but for only calling and sometimes it shows my original number and sometimes it shows the new ee SIM card which most of the time it shows the ee one not my original number which was supposedly transferred over and it has been 1 week and 2 days since I activated the SIM card in my phone

Is it just messages that display the temporary number, @KM122?
Which messaging app are you using?

No FaceTime and messages only

Hi @KM122,
If you turn off Facetime and iMessage, then reboot your phone, the correct number should show when you reactivate them.
