How is it possible to order a new sim? I have been trying to order one for my son (he is EE customer) his phone was stolen whilst on holiday. Which page is the esim order on? Are you able to share a link or image of how to get to this page?
I'm sorry to hear about your son's phone. If you contact our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to block the SIM and blacklist the phone. They'll also be able to send a replacement SIM. Chris
