Can I have my pac number sent to me? I tried the text service and it said I can’t receive it by text.

Did the text message give a reason for not being able to supply a PAC?

If you have multiple lines on a single account, you can obtain your PAC either by contacting CS on 150 or logging into your myEE online account.

If there's a problem with the text service, you may need to call 150 to get your PAC.
