Hi,
I was having issues with my physical SIM card so I decided to download an eSIM. I couldn't receive the activation PIN number on my mobile as the previous physical SIM card is not working. I've contacted support from another mobile who have activated the eSIM on their side but this doesn't seem to have worked. I unfortunately don't have access to another mobile at the moment to contact tech support
Using iPhone 12 Pro. On the My EE app when going to eSIM ready to activate I get the warning Your eSIM can't be activated . On my phone Mobile Settings the eSIM shows up with phone number 00000000000 and not my phone number. On My EE account via the web it again asks me to input the PIN number sent to my phone (which is not working)
Would be great to get some advice! Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this problem registering the eSIM. I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side for you.
