Deleted my e sim on my new iphone 15 pro

Hi,

I have deleted my eSIM card on my new iPhone 15 pro instead I wanted to use my old phone iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have ordered new SIM card to use on my old iPhone 13 Pro Max unfortunately the SIM card is not working 

could you please help me.

Was it a new eSIM that you ordered or a physical one?

I have ordered a physical SIM card and I have deleted eSIM card on my new iPhone 15 pro. Now is not working on my old iPhone as physically sim.

If you give our Mobile Care team a call, they'll be able to register it manually for you.

My SIM card is not working I can’t make any call

Could you please pass my message to them so they can register me or send me their email address to contact them.

There isn't an email address for customer services, @FaizaKullaten 

You'll need to either contact us from another phone, or through a VoIP service, such as Skype. You could also try popping into your nearest EE Store for help.
