Hi, I need someone's help please. My Esim has completely died after I got the text that my number had been transfered. I can't call or text Customer Support and Mobile Data does not work?
I raised a complaint as that was the only way I could get in touch outside of finding a payphone. Can you check on it please? My email is

Complaints are usually acknowledged within 5 working days and then resolved on a 28day basis. Also posting your email address on a public internet forum is an open invitation to spammers, I'd recommend editing that out unless the site admiins beat you to it.
