Port My Existing Number to New EE Pay As Go Sim

natedrake01

Hello 👋

I want to move my Three number to a EE Pay as you go SIM card.

I have received the PAC already from Three.

This EE SIM card has no balance and has never been topped up.

Would the port still work? Is there anything I should do on the EE SIM card to ensure it will work fine.

Thanks in advance

@natedrake01  You can still port your number over even if you haven’t topped up yet.  Even if you do top up you’ll still retain that top up.  You just need a working sim ie it needs to show it’s connected to the EE network on your device before you request the number migration.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How long have you had that EE PAYG SIM? They are put into hibernation after 6 months of idleness.
