My phone seems to have become disconnected from my SIM and I am unable to make network calls. When I check Mobile DATA I am connected to EE, but under network I seem to be connected to O2. This means that I cannot call you for help. Can you call me?

You can post a single reply, and use the "edit reply" option if you need to make any subsequent changes, it avoids the need for multiple replies. It's also common practice on internet fora to redact any personal or identifiable information before posting screenshots, the same is true on here.
Can you explain what you mean by "part of the setup involved getting a new SIM" - part of what setup? An eSIM is just an alternative type of SIM to a physical one.
