Hi, I am have having serious issues and am hoping someone can help. I have lost my SIM card whilst away travelling Asia and have no way of contacting EE as I have no phone and nobody else phone I can use, the app isn’t working so have no way of chatting through the chat system. I urgently need to block the SIM card so that no one uses it and I need a new one sent to my home address in the UK is there any way someone from EE can contact me via email or some other help centre to try get this sorted?

I'm really sorry to hear that your SIM is lost. I suggest giving us a call on a VoIP service, such as Skype, on our international number.
