I want to go to another mobile sim card and want a puk code from ee,everytime I request this I get logged out of my account, telling me there's a error.???

@Louisimain : If your phone has a T-Mobile SIM you need to ask T-Mobile for the PUK. It's for unblocking the SIM not the phone.
