Puk code to leave ee

I want to go to another mobile sim card and want a puk code from ee,everytime I request this I get logged out of my account, telling me there's a error.???

@Tracey48 : You don't a PUK for that; you want a PAC. 

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

Hi

 

I have a new pjine with new provider, i sent the PAK code, ive put the new sim in but both networks are showing up? how do i stop EE and continue with new provider? confused!

@blakemoreke : You can't connect to 2 networks at once and anyway if you try & connect to 1 that is not that of your SIM it will not allow you to.

Unfortunately don't work for me... Says due to the status ofy account o need to call 150... Weird... I'm on contrat but everything is paid

Yes please my aunt from UK sent an ee phone named samsung s6 and I put a usa sim named T mobile and its asking me for network puk code..please help me fix this out.
