Problems with the sim

Hi everyone, I've been a new customer for a couple of weeks and I've brought my old phone number to the SIM, first problem, if I'm at home I have to connect to the wifi to call but the person on the other end can't hear me, if I remove the wifi the phone doesn't work inside the house and I'm forced to go out into the garden which also doesn't work as it should, initially I thought it was the switch from one operator to another, instead it continues to give problems, second problem, if I go shopping I can't pay, because the internet doesn't work inside the shop while before I had no problems now I have to bring  cash with me' for any failed payments, third problem I pay more for spam calls and I receive many more whereas before I receive one every three months or so, can someone help me understand what's wrong? Thanks

My phone number was activated on April 23rd, I still have time to go back to my old operator for just one phone number

You don't pay for (spam) calls you receive in UK.

I am in the UK, and at home there is no signal, as well as in other houses or shops, can it be solved or not? Thanks

Have you Check service status having given your post code there on the Network Status Checker and reported your problem via that link?

Yes I did the checks with the Post code and it also gives me problems to enter the EE site as in screenshot

For me it's a bit of a problem not to access the services, Calls and payments, however if I wanted to cancel the contract of a SIM that I started two weeks ago what should I do?

@Chris828 , are you able to check to see if it is a problem with your phone? You can either do a sim swap with someone, who has an unlocked phone or go to an EE high street store to see if the problem is with your phone or SIM card if you are near one.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The problem is not the phone because it is new and it did not give me problems before changing, if I had not had problems I would not have written on the community, I do not have time to go to a dealer, thanks

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
