Problems with the sim

Hi everyone, I've been a new customer for a couple of weeks and I've brought my old phone number to the SIM, first problem, if I'm at home I have to connect to the wifi to call but the person on the other end can't hear me, if I remove the wifi the phone doesn't work inside the house and I'm forced to go out into the garden which also doesn't work as it should, initially I thought it was the switch from one operator to another, instead it continues to give problems, second problem, if I go shopping I can't pay, because the internet doesn't work inside the shop while before I had no problems now I have to bring  cash with me' for any failed payments, third problem I pay more for spam calls and I receive many more whereas before I receive one every three months or so, can someone help me understand what's wrong? Thanks

From what you've described, you're potentially a tad unlucky but ultimately you're experiencing poor coverage areas where WiFi-calling would be a good mitigation indoors.

You mention that the problem can't be with your phone, a good test of this would be to perform a manual network search when it shows no coverage. Does EE appear as available?

Are these all locations where the online coverage tool predicts good service?

I have tried everything described, wifi they don't hear me, without they don't hear me, outside in other environments it doesn't work as it should, I'm sorry but I don't intend to continue with my phone number, very important for my work , I tried to do some line tests and it doesn't work as it should, I just saw that my number was activated 13 days ago, what can I do?
