Problem with number on my account

Hello I’m having problems with one of my numbers on my account. Me along with my wife we recently joined EE and moved both of our numbers from Vodafone to EE at the same time while my number the account holder is fine my wife’s number is still using the temporary number given to her by EE. She has two numbers on her account which is causing a problem and we want to remove one of those numbers. When she FaceTime is A Taxi‘s friends nobody recognises her number as it’s displaying the temporary telephone number given to us by EE. Please can you help remove this third unnecessary telephone number from my wife’s telephone .

@Bearcharlie73    Turn off iMessage and FaceTime on the device then restart the device.  Now check that the number is correct in settings>phone>My Number.  If it’s showing correctly you can enable iMessage and FaceTime.     

this issue is caused by setting up iMessage and FaceTime before your number was ported across to EE and it was setup with the number that was on SIM card.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
