On Sunday, I ported my number from Vodafone to ee. Today, I received a message saying the number had been ported and was ready for use. I'm trying to log in to the app, but I'm not receiving the code for my phone number. What should I do? How can I purchase the package?

Can you receive any text messages? If you send a text message to yourself, do you receive it? If you text NUMBER to 150, do you get the expected response?

Text messages from number 150 arrive without a problem, and I receive them. I want to buy a 15-pound package. The problem is that I can't log in to the app or the ee website.
