No worries. Phoned Customer service ..and a lovely guy from Wexford in Ireland sorted it all out for me ..Wish I remembered his name as he was very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for him ..unlike the guy I talked to the day before who just tried to fob me off ..ThNk you for your prompt reply to my request 👍
