@sianchapman898 Once you more over to an eSim the physical sim gets deactivated. If you have now deleted your eSim you need to request a replacement SIM card. You quickest way to get this is to go to an EE store tomorrow and request a replacement SIM card. ( you’ll need photo ID with you ) Or you’ll need to call customer services and request a replacement sim. this will be posted you you via the Royal Mail.
