I brought a new number and I can only recieve phone calls and texts from ee how can I fix this

Have you activated your SIM card/

Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract/

If on pay as you go, you would need to make sure that you have enough credit to make calls and send text.

Please text AL to 150.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Does "I brought a new number" mean that you have ported a number into EE from another network?

If so, porting data is produced on your original network to direct calls & texts to your current network. If you can only receive calls & texts from other EE users, then this suggests there's a problem with that data. You should contact EE-CS who have a process to raise this with the networks in question. They need to resolve it, but on instruction from your current provider.
