After ask for EE send me a eSim, the Support team told that would send the qrcode for add In my smartphone. Until now, the qrcode never reached after 3 mounths waiting, my husband received several calls from my number phone, but my smartphone not was ringing at my side.

@dNarloch are you on contract or pays you go ? You can only have an eSIM if you’re on contract. Does your current SIM still work ? If it does then your number is probably being spoofed. You can not have a number across two sims be that a physical sim and a eSIM .
