My phone number hasn’t change over to my new sim

@Wesmatsell Are you a new customer of EE ? Have you moved over from a different network? If you have your number will not be ported until Tuesday as new ports don’t happen over the weekend and take up to 24 hours.
If your already an EE customer you can use your old sim in the new device as you’re only sent a new Sim card in case your sim doesn’t fit into your new device.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
