Phone number transfer

Hi

I was previously with Plusnet and completed the order form to switch to EE. The order form allowed me to complete the details to transfer over my existing number including the PAC code. The e-mail order confirmation also stated that the transfer would be made within one working day.

I've switched to EE, but the requested number hasn't been transferred. Do you have to complete the transfer form as well?

@ljwilkinson  It takes up to 24 hours to migrate sa number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
