Phone not connected on SIM only

I've switched from pay as you go to SIM only. And my phone will not connect to the network.  The phone's info says Mobile Network State = Disconnected.  Network says EE - Emergency calls only.  So I can't call 150 for help.

Is there any way I can contact EE help directly through the website.

Also says Service State = Out of Service.

I was told the switch may take a couple of hours, but it has been over 24 hours.

I have a Google Pixel Android version 13.

When did the transfer complete? Have you had no service since moving to SIM Only?
