My sim card in my phone is locked i put in the PUK but it still is not working - it's a new pay as i go number so i havent linked it to my account yet. is there a way to unlock the sim?
If you have a SIM PIN active, you have 3 attempts at entering that before a PUK is required. You then have 10 attempts at entering a PUK before the SIM is permanently blocked. CS should be able to assist you with a PUK if necessary.
