Phone lost, cannot get new sim to work. No one at aEE answering

Hi,

Can anyone help please? Phone went round the washing machine so, bought a new one and he sent me a new Sim. First one just would not register so have sent me another one. Says it will connect automatically within 10 minutes, now the following day and still not connected. Have tried ringing customer services and my home phone as half-hour talk limit free Then goes to premium rate. I’m on my fifth half-hour chat and still not connected. Has anyone any suggestions? I’ve taken the Sim in and out, I’ve gone on to EE’s page ee.co.uk/simpin, All to know avail. I am a pay-as-you-go and use it for emergency calls as I am partially disabled, so I am desperate to get it up and running. Thank you if anyone can help. Regards, Debby

Have you not been able to use your original SIM card or was that damaged as well? Did you let them know it was a replacement SIM card?

 

If you have Skype there is a free number you can ring them on by clicking on the contact us, or use that number for free ringing customer service with your landline. Not heard if using the free number, that you are limited to half an hour.
