It’s funny how you get through to the upgrade department quickly but if you need a pac code to go to another network provider it’s a myth to get through to the leaving department.
its really frustrating when you’ve been a loyal customer for 13 years and EE can’t offer me the same prices am finding elsewhere smh.

If you had looked at My EE either on the app or via the website, you would have found it, in the app by clicking on settings, device and sim and then transfer my old number.
All you need to do is text PAC to 65075.
