I ordered a replacement sim, it says that replacement sim. Should be activated
But it's still showing no service on my Phone.

Hi @Celina1,
If you ordered a SIM online, it won't be pre-activated.
If you don't have the old SIM to receive a security PIN, please get in touch with Customer Care to activate it.

@Celina1 Is it working today? Have you tried restarting the device? There was a network wide data issue yesterday so that could be the reason why it didn’t activate.
