I recently moved from Vodafone to EE and used my PAC code to transfer my number over to EE. however when I send messages it says they're from a different number, not the one I carried over. And it shows two seperate bills on my account. I can't work out how to get in touch with EE to resolve this. When I text 'number" to 150 it comes up with the right number but when I send texts it sends from the old number @Help @adviceneeded

@Louisesarahm Your account will show 2 bills at present one is for the original Sim card number and your ported number.
What device are you using?

Samsung Galaxy S22. Any idea how long it's resolved and how long it will be before my phone starts using my "normal" number rather than the EE sim card number. It said it's all been transferred to my original number but outgoing messages show they're from the EE Sim number

Hi @Louisesarahm,
Are the messages being sent as SMS (green bubble) or via Chat (RCS) messaging (blue bubble)?

Number ports usually go through the next working day (up to midnight), @Louisesarahm.
.
If it's been longer than that, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can help look into what's causing this.
