Phone has just randomly stopped reading my sim

Phone stopped reading my sim, i checked other sims in phone and also the sim in question in another phone and didnt work. Am i right in saying i will need a new sim,

@Thomo93  Yes you are correct.  You’ll need to call customer services to request a replacement sim or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request one there
