Not Receiving Verfication Codes

From last week stopped recieving 2 factor authentication texts randomly. (Samsung S23 Ultra)
Noticeably Okta authentication, and certain apps like tiktok. No text received.
Not a ported customer been on ee forever, don't know its suddently stopped.
-Phone updated/Restarted, Check settings

No resolve.

Think i found a solution that has worked.

Basically turned off/then on rcs chats,then a restart.
