Ho I am trying to go onto sun bingo on my mobile and play my game and also check my lottery but it won't let me

You would need to remove the content lock to allow access to gambling sites. You can see how to do that on this 'How do I turn on parental controls on mobiles' help page.

If you're still having problems accessing it, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team, so we can check everything from our side.
