I recently requested a PAC to leave which I sent to new provider then you contacted me and gave me a better deal so I tried cancelling the transfer but Voxi had already changed the number now I can not change it back can you help please

@Pompeya10   If it’s ported over already you’ll need to get a pac code from them in order to port back.   But you need to call  EE customer services as you no longer have an account with EE as your number has ported so I don’t know how you got offered a better deal without a number on EE.
