I want to get a pack code to order a SIM card with unlimited internet. When I enter the code, it says that I need to call 150, since I'm changing the provider, what is it?

You only need a PAC when you are switch between diff networks.

You can switch from PAYG to a contract online by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

@KrystynaKri   What code are you entering?   as you say you are entering a code ?

did you request your PAC code from you current provider ?   You do that so you can move your phone from that network over to EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I pay every month 30£ for 100GB, but i want to get unlimited data sim for 12 months, for this order i should write my PAC code, i have this code, but when i write there is mistake and i need to call 150 to check my code, why?

Hi @KrystynaKri

Who do you currently pay £30 a month to?

Is it EE?

Katie

I just use the MyEE application and there I select the package for the month

Hi @KrystynaKri

If you are already with EE you will not be able to put your PAC code in as you can't transfer numbers.

Should you wish to change your current plan or take out an add line I would recommend giving us a call.

Katie 🙂
