- I can’t receive not phone call or a sms that’s why I’m stick and I can’t find my PUK CODE to activate my SIM card again

@keyvanjafari19 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I said my EE SIM card is not working at all that I can’t even receive a SMS
or a Phone call as it keeps asking for PUK CODE I’ve tried while a lot of
different ways to get it but I couldn’t
NOW I CANT Make no phone calls and I can’t even send message
I have loged into EE Browser 100 times and also logged into EE APP MANY
TIMES but I wasn’t able to get that PUK code to activate my sims card

Just to add to what has already been written, if you need to call customer service, you can do this either via another phone or by using Skype for free, see my signature.
