PAC code when disconnected

How do I get a PAC code from EE when I’m disconnected and out of my pay monthly contract? TIA

Hi @Joph71 

Welcome to the EE Community,

you would need to have to the contract reconnected first before EE could issue you a PAC code if you call 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 4 a EE guide will be able to access your account and discuss if they are able to reconnect your service.
