Phone wont connect to wifi or data

Good evening
I was in a meeting earlier and a code flashed up on my phone, i ignored it a said i would look at it later but when i went to look at it later the code had disappeared and now even though my phone is saying it is connected to my wifi network and data it is actually not connecting at all. Its not a wifi issue has wifi is working on everything else. Please help as i use this for my work.

What router you trying to connect to?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Its a sky router but it is saying its connected and its working on everything else. My data is also not working even though it says i have 5G. I have tried to call EE and when i press 1 to speak to someone it sends a link to my mobile to click on but as my data is not work i am unable to use the link 😞

@Lollymaccy88 : Tell the phone to Forget that network & then connect to the Sky router's network SSID again & supply its pwd.

Unfortunately i have already done this. It connects it again and says i am connected but when i go to my home screen there is no wifi icon. My 5G icon is showing but my data is not working

@Lollymaccy88 What phone is it ? As it’s not a router/wifi issue if it’s also effecting cellular data.

Hi Chris
Its an Iphone 14 plus. I am getting the odd notification here and there but apart from that i cannot get onto any apps but can call out and send imessages.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you go into Settings, Mobile Services and turn Mobile Data off then restart your iPhone and turn Mobile Data back on, does this work for you?
If not, please try going into Settings, General, Reset, and Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved WiFi passwords and restart the phone.
Please let me know if trying these steps solves the data and WiFi connection problem?
