Hi, I ordered my new 24 month sim only eSIM using my PAC code from Three on Friday evening, expecting the swap to probably happen around Tuesday, but I’ve heard nothing since the order confirmation. I can’t even seem to track any progress anywhere on the app or website? The app just shows sim orders take 1-2 working days.
Shouldn’t this have been swapped or at least started by now?

So I spoke to an advisor in sales and he said it just seems to be stuck in the system and not progressing, as I should’ve had it by Friday at the latest. He re-did the order and explained that they have literally just started to send out a code for eSIM’s rather than email them, which is a shame. Really helpful though and has now guaranteed I’ll get it in the post on Monday thankfully.
