Ordered a replacement sim

Dear, EE

I ordered a replacement card on 29 August 2024, it is supposed to be delivered within 2 days. still have not received sim cards?

It can take between 2-5 days, depending on post, as it is sent via second class post. There  has also been the weekend, so it so it would not have arrived yet either.
