Ordered EE simcard on the 12th December and still not arrived

Ok so I've ordered a sim only plan from EE and they've setup the direct debit and everything like that but the thing is I haven't even received my sim card yet its been 7 days since I ordered it, It was ordered on the 12/12/2022 an i got an email on the 15/12/2022 saying that the direct debit had been setup but I'm still yet to receive the sim card is there any way I can talk to someone to see what's going on or where it could be? because the numbers I've just been trying all ask for an EE mobile number which I don't actually have yet because I haven't received the sim card?!  Someone please help me I have no idea what to do

It will be in the postal backlog somewhere. It will be delivered eventually once the post is sorted out.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Would it just be better going into an EE shop then and getting the sim card from there because that backlog could take forever due to the time of year

Yes, you can collect a SIM from an EE store if you take photo ID.
