Hi,
I order en eSim earlier this evening, however when I completed the process, there was no confirmation message - I was just taken to the EE home page, and I've not received any email confirmation of my order either (I've checked my junk). Is there usually a delay to these things? I find it a bit unusual to not see a final confirmation page once my order went through...
I've also ordered a new phone through EE and that order is showing (I also received an email confirmation). I've requested to move my phone number over from o2 as part of the process in ordering the eSim and now I'm a bit worried this is going to mess things up...

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order wasn't completed, they can manually process the order for you.
