Old number not transferred properly

Hi did you get this sorted as im having the same problem

If restarting the device and manually changing the number does not fix this for you, please do get in touch on 150. 

The team can check the transfer was completed successfully and if needed reset the settings at our end to help get the correct number updated for you.

Im currently using a generic Android its a Redmi 14 5g.

Is the incorrect number showing both when you call and text @Ronnie007?

Yes .

Incoming calls and text are fine .

Just when i call out or txt out its displaying the new sim number

How long ago did the number transfer? Are you able to manually change the number in the phone settings?

Its been 3 days since the swap over(Tuesday  27th may) ive tried changing the number manually in settings (Was the correct number in there) i deleted and reinserted number. Still no Joy.  Thanks for all the help everyone it is appreciated. Im hoping it sorts itself if i cant get it sorted by Monday i will try and ring someone on 150 . 🙂
