I requested to move to eSIM on Saturday. I didn't receive any notifications or emails from EE and found that my SIM had been disabled today (signal triangle with ! on Pixel phone).
I managed to download my eSIM through My EE (Android app) on wifi but now its requesting a PIN to activate. But I have no signal to receive SMS!
Been on old for 20 minutes...

Unfortunately, you will have to speak to customer service about this, nothing we can do here, no account access, this is a public forum, they will answer as soon as someone is free, as it depends how many customers are contacting them etc.
