Number transfering status

Hi I have recently got a Pay as You Go sim and filled out the form to transfer my number from Three. Is there anyway to check the status of the transfer?

@NickB82  there is no way for you to check the status of your number port. Number migrations take up to 24 hours so depending on when you did this you’ll get some idea of when it should be completed.

@Chris_B thanks for your reply. I started the transfer over 24 hours ago, 3pm yesterday afternoon. I just wanted to know it was being processed. Guess time will tell.

@NickB82  Just to check your device is unlocked to use on any network?  And have you tried restarting the device a few times.

Yes my device is unlocked, I've been able to make calls with the number provided and everything else, data and messages, are all working fine. I've also turned my phone on and off 3 or 4 times now. Hopefully it'll be all sorted by tomorrow.

@NickB82  it might be worth calling customer services to enquire why it hasn’t transferred over yet as this should’ve happened by now.
