I would recommend doing the number transfer after you receive the EE SIM, the web form has never been great for this.
Put your new EE SIM in a phone and text PORT to 150.
This will then ask for the number you want to bring across and the PAC code. It will then give you a timeline for when your number will move across.

no, if EE have such problems and dont have any chat to stay in touch with customers i stay with old operator

EE do offer a Live Chat service for PAYM customers, however this is a community forum and we are all fellow customers answering each others questions.
