Number transfer - still waiting after a week

I moved to EE from Vodafone over a week ago. I entered the PAC in the EE website which was accepted during the sign up. Since then it has not transferred. Turning off and on again has made no difference. 

When will the transfer happen?

Yeah, I thought you might say that. It's a 20 minute wait time. There's no online chat support anymore it seems (other than the useless bot)

Finally got through - they have told me it will be available sometime tomorrow.

Btw, the online chat button never appears (I tried multiple browsers)
