Number porting

Hi can someone help I recieved a message yesterday informing me my porting from Vodafone was now complete although my Vodafone number has now shut down the number hasn't ported. This is devastating for my business as I rely heavily on this mobile number I've been out of service for 24 hours now

If your port-in was complete on Friday and have received confirmation of it, but your EE phone is still using your temp number, you should contact EE-CS on 150.

They have access to your individual account and can advise further.
