New phone transfered everything to new 16 plus  no network tried contacting ee on customer messages no reply in 12 hrs kept messaging no answer  joke or customer services pay stupid money for phone and they wont sort problem they can stick theier contract and phone  pack of **bleep**ers is all they are

Are you using a physical SIM or electronic one? If physical, does your SIM still work in your old phone?
