Number not working after porting

What happened: 

  • Provided PAC code when order was placed for new SIM (didn't port number)
  • Filled in the form to port my number but it didn't work
  • Then I called customer service said it would port the next day but wouldn't happen
  • Not sure how to fix it at this point 😕

Trying to call either default or my number I want to port just says its not in service?

When, specifically, did you provide your PAC to CS? It should ordinarily have been ported-in the following working day, provided it was submitted before approx 5pm.

Your next call should be to EE CS, they have access to your individual account and can check it & your port-in status.
